No credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf and no account was opened in your name. The card sent to you is not active and has no value. You can activate your new Northeasterntbs card by following the simple instructions that came with it.
You can report your Northeasterntbs debit card lost or stolen and request a replacement card in the Northeasterntbs app, or by calling Customer Care at Support@ northeasterntbs.com
Northeasterntbs regularly monitors accounts to identify high risk activity in order to help prevent fraud and/or the violation of the card terms and conditions. Here are a few things you should know: 1. For internal security reasons, we are unable to disclose the factors used to identify high risk activity. 2. Monitoring may result in the closure of the account or temporary restriction/block of card functionality, until we complete the necessary steps to verify the activity or your identity. 3. Log in to your online account or contact Customer Service for the steps to remove a restriction/unblock an account or request a refund check on a closed account.

Northeasterntbs accountholders who receive eligible direct deposits may qualify for overdraft protection. You must have an activated, chip-enabled debit card and opt in to overdraft protection to receive coverage. Overdraft coverage eligibility also includes factors such as the frequency of deposits to your Account, your Account status, and the transaction history of any Accounts with us.
1) Log in to the app and select an eGift Card to purchase. Every eGift Card purchase includes up to 7% cash back. Percent varies by merchant. An active Northeasterntbs account is required to receive an eGift Card. 2) Purchase the eGift Card with your Northeasterntbs available balance in the app. 3) Cash back Is instantly added to your available balance. You earn cash back when you: Buy eGift Cards to send to other Northeasterntbs accountholders Buy eGift Cards for yourself. They're kept in your in-app eGift Card wallet for use any time. Note, phone verification is required to use this feature.
Go to “Earn cash back” in the menu and open your eGift Card wallet. Tap the refresh balance icon on the card of your choice. But refresh balances with care…you can only refresh up to 3 times per gift card. Certain merchants don’t support balance refreshes, so if you cannot get the latest balance on your eGift Card, please visit the merchant website or store to find the balance on your eGift Card.

If you do not want the card, simply destroy it as the card has no value and no account was opened. We sent you an offer because you’ve used one of our banking products in the past OR you opted in to receive marketing from one of our trusted third-party partners. No credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf and no account was opened in your name. You are allowed a maximum of 10 overdrafts in a statement period. If there are more than 10 overdraft transactions within a statement period (regardless if you have used your full coverage limit or a fee was charged or not) the feature will be temporarily paused for the remainder of your statement period.
